Employee Classes and Training
CPR/First Aid/AEDStarting January 2024, all employees interested in registering for CPR, AED, First Aid training must email the Health Services Coordinator, Coco McClelland, to begin the pre-approval process for class date assignment. Email Coco at mcclellandc1@leonschools.net.CPR/First Aid/AED training is held at Southeastern School of Health Sciences, 243 Office Plaza Drive, Tallahassee.Schools can hold a skills-only, non-certified CPR Press the Chest class at their school for interested staff. Reach out to Coco for more information.Diabetes/Medication AdministrationTraining is taught by the Department of Health in Leon County. This is a full day of training needed for clinical backups at every school.
