Language Calendars

  • Use these calendars as a guide.  The activities do not need to be done exactly when they are listed on the calendar.  Each week builds on the skills from the previous week.  You may find your child can work on skills from multiple calendars all at once.  Whatever your child needs.  These are just meant to help you see all the ways you can easily incorporate language into your daily routines.

     
    For example:  It’s August but your child is already able to perform all of Monday’s skills for August and September, go ahead and work on skills listed on the October Calendar under Monday while working on.  The skills listed under Wednesday though are ones your child could use a little more time with so continue working on August’s Wednesday skills.
