MEET THE TEACHER

My name is Mrs. Lindsey Threadgill. This is my twentieth year teaching, and I am really looking forward to getting to know you and your children! First grade is full of exploring, learning, and FUN!

I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Elementary Education. I also hold both reading and ESOL endorsements. I love to teach math and I love to read! I am looking forward to helping your child become a better reader and expose them to many new adventures.

I grew up in Tallahassee. The majority of my family lives here. My husband is a principal at Conley Elementary School. We have two sons, Brent (11) and Bryson (7). We have two dogs, Scout (great dane) and Walle (mini goldendoodle). I love to travel and have been to all 50 states and most of Canada. This summer we had the opportunity to travel by boat to Bimini, in the Bahamas. My favorite places have been Alaska, Prince Edward Island, Paris and Hawaii. I LOVE all things Disney.
