If your family needs a break from screens or you have multiple people using the same devices, you may choose activities from this list to recharge your brain. 

Stepping away from your devices and moving your body, creating some art, engaging with music, getting lost in a story, or exploring your feelings are wonderful ways to prepare for learning and being your best.
