SPRING PRACTICE RECAP

Thank you to the nearly 50 Mustangs who were a part of spring practice. There was a lot accomplished in a short time with the guidelines in place. The coaching staff saw a lot of good things to build on and was proud of the effort, approach and attitude.

NEXT UP:

SUMMER CONDITIONING

1) All workouts are voluntary & free of charge.

2) All players MUST be fully cleared in Aktivate for 2025-2026 in order to participate. 

3) Please ensure you select the 2025-2026 academic year when registering.

TRYOUT EQUIPMENT FITTING DATES

Those wishing to tryout should be fitted for equipment prior to tryouts to ensure that tryouts are not delayed. Members of the coaching staff will volunteer their time on the dates listed in the sign up genius below. Please familiarize yourself with the process and sign up for a time.

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING

For those who make the announced final roster, there will be a mandatory parent meeting on Friday, August 8th at 6:30 in the Montford Cafeteria.

IMPORTANT!

Student-Athlete registration required!

NO STUDENT MAY PARTICIPATE IN ANY FOOTBALL RELATED ACTIVITY UNTIL THEY ARE FULLY CLEARED IN THE AKTIVATE ATHLETE REGISTRATION PLATFORM.

If your student is a non-traditional (Homeschool, Charter, Private or P.E.P.), PLEASE EMAIL  mmsathletics@leonschools.net FIRST. The District Office requires more documentation on these students and they are INELIGIBLE per the county to participate or tryout until cleared by the District Office.
