Cross Country (Boys & Girls)

  • Voluntary Cross Country/Track Summer Workout Program

    When - Tuesday and Thursday mornings, from 7:30 - 8:30am program starts June 17th.

    To Do Before First Day of Workouts - All students must have a completed Aktivate account with a physical that has been approved by the Athletic Director prior to attending the workout program, 2.0 GPA, and cannot be 15 prior to 8/1/2025. 

    Supplies Needed for Tryouts

    • Workout clothes
    • Tennis Shoes
    • Water Bottle
