     If you take any medication within 24 hours between 8am -7am while on the Grad Bash trip, you must submit a MEDICATION PERMISSION FORM. Without completing this form with a PARENT SIGNATURE, you will not be allowed to bring the medication on the trip. Bring a medication form with a parent's signature on Friday with the medication to the bus chaperone.
    If you get motion sickness riding the bus or amusement park rides, use a medication form to bring "Dramamine". 
    1) ‎MEDICATION FORM:
    MEDICATION AND FORMS IN A ZIPLOCK BAG WITH YOUR NAME ON THE ZIPLOCK BAG!!
    -One form for each medication.
    - Medications must be in the original bottle.
    -This form is for all medications you need to take within a 24 hour period. April 4th 8am Friday- April 5th 8am Saturday.
    -OVER THE COUNTER and PRESCRIPTION drugs must have a parent signature on the medication form. (Examples: Advil, Tylenol, Dramamine, Sprintec, Aderall, Ritalin, or Apri)
    STUDENTS WILL KEEP:
    Asthma and Epi-Pens - label this medication in a ziplock with a medication form.
     
    2) TRANSPORTATION:
    Seniors with a parking spot that drive to school, you may leave your car on campus. The gates will be locked overnight.
     
    3) MANDATORY BAG CHECKS: Every student’s bag will be searched before boarding the bus. A School Resource Officer (SRO) will conduct searches with a drug-sniffing dog.
    STRICT PROHIBITIONS:
    NO VAPES – Absolutely no exceptions.
    NO MEDICATION without a valid medical form. All prescription and over-the-counter medications must be in their original bottles.
    CONSEQUENCES: If you are caught with any prohibited items, you will NOT be allowed on the trip.
    DRESS CODE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED BEFORE YOU GET ON THE BUS!! No Chiles attire, no basketball shorts and all shirts must have sleeves
     
    4) FRIDAY MEALS $$$:
    LUNCH - Oaks Mall food court 11am-1pm (see directory attached) https://www.theoaksmall.com/en/directory/
    Souvenirs/Snacks at DISNEY SPRINGS - 3pm-5pm (see map attached) https://www.disneysprings.com/ or https://www.disneysprings.com/disney-springs-map/
    DINNER - Universal Studios 7pm-2am -Meals may range from $15-$25, not including snacks like butterbeer, ice cream, drinks, popcorn or pretzel.
    *(Butterbeer is around $10)
     
    REMINDERS:
    1) Bring money for lunch at the mall and dinner at Universal in the park. Water and snacks will be provided on the bus.
    2) Small pillows and blankets are allowed on the bus.
    3) Fanny packs, small purses, and draw string bags are allowed in the park. Large backpacks may are allowed on the bus but not in the theme parks.
    4) Students DO NOT REPORT TO 1st PERIOD.
    MEET IN THE AUDITORIUM at 8am Friday morning.
    5) Orlando weather is forecasted between 90-69 degrees. YOU MUST BE IN DRESS CODE!!
    6) Empty water bottles or no coffee drinks.
    Snacks CANNOT BE IN ZIPLOCK.
    Original unopened drinks or snacks ONLY!!!

    8:00 am STUDENTS Meet in Auditorium for Trip Information
    8:25 am Load Buses @ Bus Ramp
    8:45 am Leave School
    11:15 am LUNCH in Gainesville at Oaks Mall
    1:00 pm Load Buses - Leave Gainesville for Disney Springs
    3:00 pm Disney Springs Orlando
    5:30 pm Load Buses to go to Universal Orlando
    6:15 pm GRAD BASH - Universal Orlando
    2:00 am Load Buses at Universal Orlando
    2:30 am Leave for Chiles HS
    *BETWEEN 7:00 - 8:00am Arrive @ Chiles HS
    *The time we leave depends on how fast everyone loads the bus.
